Hi Kids, I've just come from a meeting with some other Chemistry Digital Developers, and it's exciting news...
...Life of Zippy is to get a face lift, and some exciting new features!
They'll be flash games, a blog map of my travels, tags on posts...and more.
We've already got started on the map, so check it out here, and if you have any ideas PLEASE let me know.

Web2.0ish - build a web site that jumps around using meta tags content refresh to push you around the site. Good for the Wii!
So far this is what I've added to the site:

Photo Slideshow using Flickr to store the images and Slide to build the flash slideshow.
Map of my travels using Google Maps' new "My Maps" feature.
Bookmarking to various online communities, this was done manually!
Already present were:
Google Calender, subscription service and this lovely blog.
More to come kids, keep em peeled.

You should try http://www.dhtmlgoodies.com/index.html?page=ajax for some loyy good Ajax scripting, and can I suggest that you build the voting system with a drag and drop interface such as this one.

Found this cool site called Fleck where you can fleck (annotate a site) for free and it still looks gorgeous. Try it out at fleck.com you'll love it. I hope they add a system to colour pick the notes - handy for site fixes.
